Wales Online: This is what daily life is like for people who are deaf, blind or in a wheelchair

Drama graduate Jake is severely visually impaired.

In his own words he might not necessarily have the cane, guide dog and glasses that some might expect but he is totally blind in his left eye and has only 25% vision in his right.

That hasn’t stopped him from boasting skills as a photographer, film-maker, and comedian as well as freelancing with performance and creative arts group UCAN Productions . 

As part of his work performance and creative arts co-operative for the blind and partially-sighted the 23-year-old helps teach everyone from junior doctors to eyecare professionals how to adapt to become as accessible as possible
